Conditions of sale

1- The price is the amount stated in Euros.

2- The seller reserves the right to cancel the transaction and return the purchase money within 15 days of receiving the payment.

3- Payment will be made on confirmation of the order by bank transfer.

4- The buyer will receive, at the address indicated in the order, the work/works purchased within 15 and 60 days ofreceipt of the purchase amount at the bank.

5- The buyer will receive the framed and packagedwork/works through an international art transport company at no additional cost.  Including the frame, the packaging will be of a slightly larger than the dimension of work/works as indicated in the information on these.  The work/works will be insured for the purchase value during transportation.

6- The buyer will pay, if required, any import taxes on the work/works due in the country of their receipt.  The work/works will be shipped from Paris, France.  In the case ofdelays in delivery arising from formalities of the customs authorities of the receiving country, these shall not count towards the agreed delivery timetable.

7- The buyer has 14 days from receipt of the work/works to return them.  The work/works are boxed and wrapped in transparent and sealed material.  If the work/works have been removed from the box, they cannot be unpacked from the transparent material and the seal must not be broken prior totheir return.  For the return, the buyer will pay any transport, insurance and customs expenses.  On the return of the work/works, once their good condition has been verified, the purchase price will be refunded within 10 days.  If the work/works are received in damaged condition, the return shall not be accepted as valid and the purchase monies will not be refunded.

8-Any dispute that may occur between the buyer and seller is subject to resolution in the Courts of Justice of Paris, France.
